Transfer followers from .com to .org

  Hello,

  I’ve recently created a wordpress.org site and would like to transfer my followers from rivaldesign.wordpress.com to http://www.rivalanimus.com.

  I’ve already set up Jetpack on the wordpress.org site.

  Let me know if there is anything else I need to do to accomplish this.
