Transfer followers from .com to .org blog

  Hello, I have moved my blog to self hosted domain. Currently the self-hosted (everythingwithatwist.com) and the wordpress counterpart (http://everythingwithatwist.wordpress.com/) are connected via jetpack plugin. Is there a way to redrect my .com followers to my new domain? Thank you
