Transfer Followers from .com to .org using Jetpack

  How can I move my WordPress.com Followers to my Worpdress.org Self-hosted site with the same domain? I have Jetpack installed. Help forums mention asking you to move them for me? I also would like to know it its possible to update my stats via Jetpack with the stats I accumulated on the site before the move to self-hosted today?

  We are not able to move your stats for you, however we can move your followers for you!

  If you could just let me know the WordPress.com site that you would like me to move your followers from and the WordPress.org site that you would like to move your followers to, I can get that started for you! :)

  Oh! I meant to! Sorry! Domain is ericabuteau.com blog was called Erica Buteau and is now called ButeauFull Chaos! Thanks!
