Transfer followers from old blog to new one?

  How do I transfer followers from my old blog to my new one? My original site was http://www.organizationalfitness.org and I changed it to http://www.tier1leadershipblog.wordpress.com. I would like to transfer the followers from the former over to the latter site and from what I see in the forums, admin is the only one that can make this happen. Thanks!
