You may want to disconnect your self hosted sites from jetpack and/or close them down so that you do not keep getting subscribers that we then have to move over to wordpress.com. There is a limit to how often I can do this sort of thing for you.

Dear rootjosh, thank you for your patience, just a note, the followers for http://audiobenefits.abdurrahman.org/ (jetpack) are moved for the first time and they were not moved before, you can check the list above.
The blogs subscribers which are transferred already, I have already disconnected them from jetpack yesterday. Thank you again for your support.
