Transfer followers from one feed to another

    Hi!

    I have been self-hosting my blog for less than three weeks. Before that I have used Blogger, which is why I’m not entirely accustomed to WordPress yet. When I was searching for my blog Noch mehr Bücher in the Reader on wordpress.com, I discovered that there are two feeds for this URL – one which has stopped updating after the last post I have posted via Blogger, and one which seems to work perfectly fine. The former has eighteen followers, though, which, if I understand correctly, won’t be getting any notifications about new blog posts.
    The old feed can be found here, the new one here. Is it possible to migrate the followers from the old feed to the new one?
