Transfer followers from wordpress site to new self hosted site

    Hello,

    I would like to transfer my followers from organicdimensions.wordpress.com to a self hosted site: organicdimensions.com

    I have already installed the jetpack and would love my followers to continue receiving my post and being part of my online community.

    If you could transfer my followers that would be great.

    I think that the jetpack was reinstalled, if the staff can try and move the followers I think it should work this time.
