Transfer followers from WordPress.com to a self hosted blog

  Hi there

  I’m requesting your help in transferring my followers from my WordPress hosted blog to a self-hosted blog. The self-hosted blog is located at http://callyjackson.com and the WP address is http://callyjackson.wordpress.com. I have installed Jetpack on the hosted site.

  If someone could please tag this to the attention of the Happiness Engineers, I’d greatly appreciate it.
