Transfer followers from wordpress.com to .org? Installed and connected Jetpack.

  Hello, I formerly hosted my site at http://www.produceonparade.wordpress.com and I have since moved it to http://www.produceonparade.com using wordpress.org. I have installed Jetpack and connected it to my former wordpress.com site. Is there a way I can have my followers from the wordpress.com site transferred to my wordpress.org site? Thank you!

  Hi there,

  I have moved over all your WordPress.com subscribers from produceonparade.wordpress.com to your WordPress.org site at produceonparade.com as requested. Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.
