Transfer followers from wordpress.com to self-hosted site

Please transfer my followers from http://www.jasonbladd.wordpress.com to my self hosted site at http://www.jasonbladd.com I don’t know why, but I can no longer find the option to to this myself from the “manage sites” wordpress page. Also, I’m confused about my wordpress.com setting saying that my domain name (purchased from GoDaddy for my self hosted site) has expired. I have purchased Site Redirect and my subscription is current, and I also use JetPack. Have I lost any functionality?
