Transfer followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  Hi I have installed Jetpack on my wordpress.org dashboard, and would like to have my followers transferred from designsorbet.wordpress.com to designsorbet.com. Would really appreciate your help!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I do not see any Jetpack blogs on your account.

  Did you install, activate, and connect Jetpack? If so, which WordPress.com account did you connect it to?

  You’re right I have installed and activated Jetpack but it is not asking me to connect to wordpress.com. I have deleted it and reinstalled the plugin, but still not getting the option to connect to wordpress.com

  At the Jetpack section of your blog’s Dashboard, does the button near the top-right say “Connect to Jetpack” or “Connected to Jetpack”?

  If it’s “Connect to Jetpack” please describe what happens when you try to connect.

  If it’s “Connected to Jetpack” just hover over that to see a “Disconnect” button, then re-connect.

  I don’t see any of these options.. There’s no “Connect to” option in the top right corner. This is what I am seeing:

  I’m using the Magzimize theme, could it be that this doesn’t support Jetpack, and if not is there a way around it?

  I found that certain themes hide the ‘Connect’ option.. Will I lose my settings if I switch to a new theme and then back to my custom theme?

  Hi I’m sorry for flooding you with posts.. I am now connected! Switched to twenty-twelve and back to my custom theme without losing anything. Please let me know when you transfer my followers :)

  I would also like the active followers [email subscribers PLUS blog followers] from my wordpress blog to the blog that I am now self hosting in my own domain.

  I have moved from wordpress.com to wordpress.org and have already installed the Jetpack Plugin.

  The blog I want to remove from subscribers from is http://theawesomesisters.wordpress.com.

  The self-hosted site I want to move my blog followers + email subscribers to is http://theawesomesisters.com.

  The blog I need help with is theawesomesisters.wordpress.com.
