transfer followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org PLZ

  Hello!

  I’d like to transfer my followers from http://stylishfingertips.com/ to my new self-hosted blog at http://fingertipfancy.com

  I have installed and activated the JetPack plugin and from what I’ve read, I was told to create a support ticket to migrate my followers over to my new site.
  How do i create a support ticket

  and after that how do i transfer? I want there to be a follow button or link that wordpress.com users can also follow my new self hosting site plz. thanks
