  Hi!
  I just moved from .com to a self-hosted WordPress blog.
  I have installed and activated Jetpack on the new site.
  Both blogs are through this name.

  Will you please move my http://authorcsjaney.wordpress.com followers and email followers over to my new blog – http://csjaney.com? Thanks so much!
