  Hello,

  I have transfered from WordPress.com to wordpress.org just recent. Could you please move my followers over to the new blog site with wordpress.org.

  I’ll be happy to help move your e-mail followers. (Note that WordPress.com followers cannot be moved since they were subscribed to your WordPress.com blog in Reader.)

  A few things before I can proceed:

  • What’s the URL of your self–hosted (WordPress.org) blog?
  • Can you make sure the Jetpack plugin is installed, activated, and connected with your WordPress.com account?
  • To confirm, are you trying to move the e-mail subscribers from http://destinationsupermodel.wordpress.com/ ?

  Hello and thanks for responding.

  The URL for my self-hosted blog is DestinationSuperModel.com and I have installed and connected Jetpack.

  I also understand that you will transfer my email subscribers only.
