Transfer Followers & Stats from WordPress.com to .org

  Hi,

  I just transferred my wordpress.com site over to a self-hosted wordpress.org. Everything has transferred over and jet pack is installed, except none of the followers or stats transferred over. Is there a way to do this? The wordpress.com site is icerunnerblog.wordpress.com and the new site is icerunnerblog.com.
