Transfer Followers & Suscribers from WordPress.com to Self-hosted .org version

  Hello,

  I recently purchased a custom domain for my WordPress.COM hosted blog (www.MaelleTurbide.com).

  Soon after that, I transfered my blog to a self-hosted location (Bluehost). Everything seemed to be fine, except for the followers and email suscribers that had connected with my blow while hosted by WordPress.com. Now I’ve lost them. Can you please help? I need to setup my self-hosted WordPress with the followers and email suscribers that I had accumulated.
