transfer followers to be self-hosted blog please

  I just moved to a self-hosted blog with Bluehost. I exported my blog and paid for the site redirect and now I want to make sure all my followers are transferred to the new web address as well. I heard that I have to ask for it to be done manually. Thank you for your help! Tech support staff is much appreciated!

  Have you installed and configured JetPack? That is required for the staff to help. Also what is the URL of the WordPress.COM blog you need the subscribers exported from?

  Yes, I have installed Jetpack! The wordpress.com blog is http://www.simplesouthern.wordpress.com
