Transfer followers to my new self-hosted blog

  Hello!
  I have created a new blog through bluehost, have installed Jetpack, and am now wondering if someone could help me in transferring over my followers from my old free wordpress blog to my new one?
  I would like them transferred from http://www.musingsandoats.wordpress.com to http://www.musingsandoats.com

  Please let me know if I need to do anything else! Thank you so much!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There were still two followers on your old blog, I’ve just moved them to your self-hosted site.

  Thank you, kardotim! I do have a question….now that I am self hosted, can bloggers from wordpress.com still follow my blog through wordpress, or does it need to be through sites like bloglovin? Trying to figure out what all changes when you go from the free wordpress to self hosted. Hope that all makes sense! Thanks for all your help!

  Since your WordPress.com is completely separate now, your visitors can still follow it. A Site Redirect upgrade will automatically redirect visitors of your WordPress.com site to your self-hosted site: http://en.support.wordpress.com/site-redirect/

  Alternatively you can hide your site using the Privacy Settings: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
