Transfer Followers to New WP.org Site

Hi, I need to transfer my followers on jjoter.wordpress.com blog to my new site http://www.apnphotography.com/blog
I have installed the Jetpack and I am wondering if you can help me out?
Thank you very much.

Your subscribers and followers have been transferred as requested. Just a heads-up that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader.
Best of luck with your self-hosted site!

One more question! So, do I manually take all the emails from my email list and just do it myself? Also, do you know of a plug-in that will show the total number of followers like it did on my .com site?
Thanks in advance.

Hi there, the easiest thing to do would be to make a final post on your WordPress.com site to let WordPress.com followers know they’d need to re-subscribe in order to get updates sent by email, otherwise they’ll see updates in their Reader.
You can see the total number of Jetpack followers and subscribers through your WordPress.com dashboard here:
http://wordpress.com/#!/my-stats/?blog=52341411&blog_subscribers&unit=1
Let me know if you need anything else.

Me again with another question. How can I change the 301 redirect. I already did it, but my bad… I used

and should have been

Hi there, could you let me know where you set up redirects? Apart from our Site Redirect upgrade, we don’t provide a tool for page-by-page redirects on the WordPress.com side, so I’m not sure where you’re referring to.

Hi. I was able to fix the redirect. No issue with that. Thank you.
But, I still do not see the transfer of the subscribes to my new self hosted blog from http://alexbravophoto.wordpress.com
to self hosted site
