Transfer Followers to Self-Hosted

Hi, I now activated Jetpack with my wordpress.com account and all looks good except when I get to the step where I need to use the Subscription migration tool, my new Jetpack-connected self-hosted site does not show up under the “My Sites” page (only my WordPress.com blog shows up) as described in step 4 of this link: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/
Why is my new self-hosted sight not loading to “My Sites” page? How can I proceed with the next steps to transfer my subscribers?
