Transfer followers to self-hosted blog – Jetpack is installed
-
Could someone help me transfer my followers from my old blog: http://markleveridgemagic.wordpress.com to my new self hosted WordPress blog at http://www.expertmagician.co.uk/blog
I have Jetpack installed and linking the two accounts. Let me know if you need any further information.
Many thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you posted the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. I have tagged this thread for their attention.

Your WordPress.com subscribers and email followers have been transferred as requested.
Please note that any WordPress.com followers who opted to receive email updates will need to re-subscribe again on your new site through the Jetpack signup box, otherwise they’ll only see new posts in their Reader. Non-WordPress.com email subscribers will continue to get email updates.
You might think about setting up a Site Redirect for your WordPress.com site at markleveridgemagic.wordpress.com to send your site visitors to your new domain. Otherwise, people will still be able to subscribe on your old site.

Please Jackiedana can you help me with the same problem. I am waiting since yesterday for someone to help me.
My request is under another thread Guided Transfers-Moving subscribers. I have enabled jetpack and linked to .com
Thanks
