Transfer Followers to Self Hosted Site

  Hello, We recently moved from http://arthrosurface.wordpress.com to a self hosted wp site at http://www.arthrosurface.com. Can you help us move our followers please?

  Your email followers will continue to receive email updates, and your WordPress.com followers will continue to see your new posts in the Reader. If your WordPress.com followers would like to receive email updates, as well, they can subscribe via email on your new blog.
