  Can I transfer my followers and stats from wordpress.com blog to self hosted?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, I can transfer your email followers for you. Let me know your old URL and the new URL and make sure that Jetpack is installed and connected on the new blog, then I’ll make the transfer.

  You might want to put up a post that you’ve moved, so that people who were following your site in Reader can resubscribe.

  so even though the domain is the same, I need to ask people to resubscribe? sorry.. this is so confusing to me.

  Yes, people who were following your blog via WordPress.com Reader will need to re-subscribe, even if the domain name stays the same. Our developers are working on ways to migrate all of your subscribers/followers, including WordPress.com followers, but until that functionality has been added to Jetpack, it’s best to ask your readers re-subscribe so that they can continue to receive your posts.
