Transfer followers/subscribers

  Hi there,
  Could I please get the followers and subscribers at saltandserenity.wordpress.com transferred to saltandserenity.com? This has already been done once, but there was a 3 week lag in which a bunch of new followers signed up and now we need to bring them on to the new site. Jetpack is already installed and set up.

  I have moved over the additional WordPress.com subscribers as requested. Please keep in mind that while your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before, WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.

  Hi there – thank you! I noticed there are still about 76 followers left at
  WordPress.com… would you mind moving those over too?
