We need the URL of the blog you’re trying to import your stuff to; the WordPress.com blog. Give us the link, starting with http and then we can help you. We pretty much always need that.

I just want to transfer several texts I wrote on my blogspot blog onto my wordpress blog here. The URL of my blogspot blog is: http://www.mysnafugrace.blogspot.com . The URL of my wordpress blog is http://barbaranell.com .
Or …. would it be better if I simply went to blogspot, copied from there, and then pasted into wordpress?

If it’s a matter of a handful of posts, then copying and pasting is probably the best way to go. Note that you need to copy the HTML of the post at Blogspot and paste it into the HTML editor over here. The formatting wont’ be exactly the same, but this will save your links, images, etc. and you can tweak it in Preview.
