Transfer from one wordpress blog to another

  Hello,

  I have two wordpress blog names registered to me. I want to move the content on one (refinedrevelry.wordpress.com) to another (misshammered.wordpress.com) and clear the content on the first. Whenever I try and change the domain name via Tools>Delete Site>Change my site address it says misshammered.wordpress.com already exists. Is there a way to transfer my own content to another site???

  Hello, to transfer the content of your blog try this:

  Step 1: Log into refinedrevelry.wordpress.com, go to Tools > Export, and download the XML file to your computer.
  Step 2: Log into misshammered.wordpress.com, go to Tools > Import > WordPress, and upload the file you downloaded in step 1.

  Hi Anne.

  As you already own misshammered.wordpress.com, you’ll need to export the contents from refinedrevelry.wordpress.com to it completely, as per @micawbr’s note. We also have a guide for moving between WordPress.com blogs here:
