Transfer from Titan to Google Workspace

    I am moving my email and calendar from Titan to Google Workspace as Titan is too problematic. I have set up my Google Workspace and transferred my emails over to it. I have set up the DNS for Google Workspace. What else do I need to do to cancel Titan and make sure I’m not paying for more than one thing, and that everything works between Google and WordPress.

    I’m on the WordPress Business plan for what its worth.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    It sounds like you’re almost finished with the process! If needed, you can get a backup of your Titan emails (guide here).

    Then, you can follow these steps to cancel the subscription to Professional Email in your WordPress.com Purchases page.

    Finally, please follow the steps in our guide about adding Google Workspace to your Domain to make sure you have the Google DNS for email and have removed the ones for Titan mail.

    Thanks. I have 2 more questions.

    1. I have cancelled the subscription, but am unable to remove the mailbox as I don’t have the three dots (see images). How to I remove the mailbox?

    2. Do I need to remove the DNSs for the Titan mailbox? If so, which ones are they? (I’m not sure if I can share an image of it here)
