Transfer from WordPress to Google Workspace

    Hello, My Google workspace account was initiated through wordpress. I never built my website through wordpress and would like to cancel my subscription, BUT I would like to transfer my Google Workspace account directly to Google. I called them and they said that you would need to release ownership of my account so they can then take over. Can you please help me with this process?

    Hi there!

    You can cancel the Google Workspace subscription with us. Doing so will automatically transfer its billing to Google. However, Google may not honor the remaining validity of your subscription, which means if you transfer to Google, you’ll need to set up billing and pay for the subscription right away.

    To proceed with this, please click here and click “Remove subscription” at the bottom of the page. Once the subscription is canceled, it’ll be transferred to Google. Google will email you shortly afterwards to set up billing with them.
