WHen i try to transfer my domain name it says i have to wait till august 6Th? what if i can’t wait that long?

You can only transfer a domain here (or anywhere else for that matter) once you have owned it for at least 60 days. You could map it to a wordpress.com site immediately though with a paid plan:
https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/
