Transfer Google Suite Subscription from WordPress to Google

    How do I transfer my email to Google? I want to upgrade my plan but can only do that through Google. I tried following the instructions but they aren’t working.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    Hello there,

    To upgrade your plan, you should first cancel your Google Workspace subscription on WordPress.com. This action will initiate a transfer of your account management over to Google.

    Don’t worry, when you cancel the subscription, you’ll have a 30-day grace period. During this period, you can resubscribe through the Google Admin console without experiencing any interruption to your existing services.

    Once you have successfully resubscribed to Google Workspace within this 30-day window, you’ll be able to manage your account directly through Google and choose the plan that best fits your needs.
