  Hi! The domain needs to be active in your account and in good standing for it be transferred. It currently has a chargeback status.

  You’ll need to do a few things ASAP:

  – Settle the chargeback
  – Ensure the domain renewal fee ($18) is covered

  Then you’ll be able to transfer it as you’d like.

  Cancelling a domain can put it on the path to a lengthy, expensive process for retrieving it (more info here), so we’ll want to work quickly. Please update us here when you’ve either successfully cancelled the chargeback with your bank, or settled it in your WordPress.com dashboard.
