Transfer hosting

Hello, a few years ago I had an agency develop a website for me through WordPress. I believe the hosting is currently set up through Bluehost, but I would like to change to WordPress. Can you assist with doing this? I have access to my WordPress account that has my website tied to it, but don’t see anywhere in there about transferring hosting. Thanks for your help!

Hi Kim! We’d be happy to help you sort this out.
Since you had your site custom-built, we’d recommend this import-everything option. Basically, you’ll connect Jetpack, and it will do the heavy lifting for you. Then you can just check the site to be sure everything came through before connecting the domain here. If you have trouble with anything at all (sometimes paid plugins won’t like the new URL for example) just get in touch with our support and we’ll help you through.
You will need the Business Plan if the site needs outside code (themes, plugins, scripts, etc) Our service includes SSL hosting, direct WordPress support, spam protection, backups, maintenance, security, and other services and features that don’t come with the free software. Extra code can complicate that, but we’ll be here to make it work for you.
