transfer hosting

  Hello,
  I registered my domain name and hosting with you (beyondreasonabledoubt.org). But now I would like to host it on another account (1and1). I unlocked the transfer, and got an authorization code, entered my authorization code and it looked like it was getting processed. That was 5 days ago. Now, I was told to contact Wild West Domains to ask them to release it. But WWD told me to contact wordpress to release it and get an authorization code (which I already did). How can I transfer the hosting and get this process completed?

  It appears as if the problem may be that you’ve still got domain privacy enabled. Please click the link below and cancel the privacy block:

  Hey there!

  We’ve accepted the domain transfer, you should receive an email confirming this from your new registrar shortly.

  HOWEVER…if you haven’t yet, you must verify your email address through the ICANN verification email before you can transfer this domain.

  Hi there,

  You should be able to make that transfer very soon. There was a discrepancy in your ICANN information that was holding up your transfer (with your telephone number) that I’ve fixed.

  I’ve re-accepted your transfer. You should be able to resend that transfer code to your new host. Should you need me to resend that EPP code email, now that your contact information issue is settled, let me know!
