Transfer hosting, domain name & content from another company to WordPress

  I want to transfer my website content, domain name & hosting from another company but don’t know how to do this.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hello there!

  First of all, you would need to create a WordPress.com account. You can then map the domain to WordPress following the instructions here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/

  However, your site will need to be rebuilt using WordPress, so you would have to set up a new site with a WordPress theme, and then manually add your content to your new WordPress.com site.
