  We have the website https://gemscapeart.wordpress.com/ in another wordpress account.

  We got the admin access to the site on our email and created an account over here in wordpress. Now we can access the site from this account but we also want the site to be transferred to this account completely. Please tell how to go about with this?

  Hi there,

  Only the account that currently owns the site can transfer ownership of the site to a different account.

  Log into the account that owns the site, then you can transfer ownership to this account as explained here:
