Transfer incomplete?

  HI, I had a website on .com which I transferred to .org but it still looks like I’m almost running two? There are different follower counts as well as people leaving comments on both.
  When I login to .com and click visit site it transfers me to the new version,s o I don’t understand how some people still access the old version.
  I’m trying to get support but live chat window pops up and then disappears all the time. I need someone to walk me through the process and troubleshoot if I still have 2 structures.
