Transfer JetPack Stats to New Domain

Add topic to favorites
I have transferred my site (ratethatce.com) to a new domain (coursekarma.com) and I would like the old stats imported to the new site.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@alybhatia, these sites are not on our servers, so we aren’t able to manage the transfer of one site to the other.

But once you’ve handled that, we can merge the stats for you. Do you want to just update us here when you’re ready?

Hi the site has been transferred, can you merge the stats?

When I try to connect my new site (coursekarma.com) to wordpress.com i get this message:

This WordPress.com account is already connected to another user on this site. Please login to another WordPress.com account to complete the connection.

Id like to be able to see new comments on the WP app on my phone. Thank you!

Odd, can you make sure you’re using the alybhatia account and not some other username?

I can send you a screen shot if that helps. How do I do that here?

Thanks. The fact that you could upload to coursekarma.com media suggests you’re already connected now.

Can you tell me where you’re seeing the connection error message?

When i go to Jetpack on my website it says
“Connect your account to get the most out of Jetpack”
Then when I click that it shows the previous screen shot i send.

Also on the app Im not getting any updates on new comments, analytics etc

Hmm. Something seems stuck.

Are you able to disconnect Jetpack on coursekarma.com? Would you like me to go ahead and remove the connection on this end too to be thorough, before you reconnect it?
