transfer & launch with my domain

  I finished the domain transfer but when I got to mydomains it still says domains are not available for this site. I paid 80$ for this domain with my reseller and now I have completed the transfer to wordpress for free, but I need to launch this site with my domain uyir-engineering.com. Can someone help?
