  I’m unable to transfer domain since my recent contact information was updated. I’m unable to transfer. How do I change that? I want to transfer. Is there a way to do it quicker?

  We have absolutely no history of domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What is the domain name you’re referring to?

  That is not a domain name. An example of a domain is google.com or twitter.com. We need to know the domain in order to better assist you.

  NOTE: ICANN (the domain registry authority) imposes a mandatory 60 day lock on transferring a domain when the registry contact information has changed. You can read more about their policy here:

  You will need to be logged in as the WordPress.com account which owns the domain to do this, not the account you’re currently logged in as.

  If you do not recall the password for the correct account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  Once you have access to the correct account, you can transfer the domain by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/
