  I want to transfer a domain but it is telling me it is locked until March 21, 2024. Is it possible to have this waved?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Domain locks are enforced by ICANN and cannot be bypassed.

  Hi there,

  As @parkdanil mentioned, this is a standard policy imposed by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), which governs domain registrations and transfers. So we are unable to waive this lock before the specified date.

  However, you can still use your domain on a site hosted elsewhere by connecting it to the other host. This can be done by changing the domain’s name servers.   This will allow you to keep using your domain without any interruption until the lock period has expired and you’re able to transfer it.
