Transfer Lock is not turning off

    I am unable to turn off the transfer lock, I need to move my domain to another provider but I am unable to, as it says the lock will open after 20th October

    Hi there,

    When a domain is newly transferred, a 60-day lock is applied. This isn’t unique to our platform but is imposed by ICANN (The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), which oversees domain registrations. All domain registrars, including us, are required to comply with this rule.

    I realize this might be a bit of an inconvenience if you were hoping to transfer your domain immediately. However, in the meantime, while you’re waiting for the lock period to end, you’re not limited in how you use your domain. You can continue to have it registered with us and point it to a different hosting provider if that’s what you need.
