  looking for a way to transfer multiple media entries from one wordpress.com site to another wordpress.com site…

  Hey there,

  Here’s some helpful info on transferring media in WordPress

  You have to export the wordpress database from the sql interface on your host server for the old site and then import it the same way on the new site and that should do the trick! All the images are back in the media library on the new web site, complete with titles, captions,descriptions etc..

  @fjosephmayer Unfortunately no direct way to do only media transfer.

  If you are exporting/importing an entire site from one .com to another, then as long as both sites are public, when the import is complete, the images should be in the second site’s Media Library.
