How do i TRANSFER ALL MY BLOG DATA AND INFORMATION TO A WHOLE NEW EMAIL ADDRESS AND LOGIN??? REMOVING ALL USERS AND STARTING ALL OVER ..
basically remove workout2day4evr.com and creating a whole new one with the same data etc.. but a different email and not bringing over my subscribers or followers here on WordPress??? I HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE
EXCEPT FOR MY DATA ..I WISH TO TRANSFER ALL THAT OVER SEAMLESSLY IF I CAN ..

So the easiest thing to do would be to set up a new WordPress.com account. Then export your posts from the old site and import them into the new one using these instructions:

Sir I had a great deal of difficulty understanding your download instructions. They are not clear and created for a dumb person. So the last time a tech downloaded and put it in my Media Library.
Can you do that for me?? I will go look at the instructions and read them very carefully. PROMISE .. but can you not close this out until i have done so.???

I forgot to ask…TELL ME MY SUBSCRIBERS WILL NOT COME OVER WITH THE TRANSFER???
Also, what do i have to do to HAVE MORE CONTROL OVER SUBSCRIBERS IN THIS NEW ACCOUNT??? I want my site password protected ..Meaning no one can read my posts unless they login???

Subscribers will not be transferred unless you specifically request it (which you obviously are not going to do).

Absolutely. You want to follow these instructions:

And choose the “I would like my blog to be visible only to users I choose” option.

you see … i am sorry but if WP can not do this ..I will have to go to a website format and just trf my data over to that place.
I DO NOT WISH TO REALLY DO THAT you see. I am pretty much happy with WP (no offense except tech support) … love the developers ..they are super smart ..

If you follow the instructions in my previous post, your blog will only be viewable to those who you invite to view it. Nobody will be able to follow or read it who you have not allowed.

To be clear, if you set your blog to be private (using the instructions at the link I posted) you would have to manually invite everyone who wanted to view your site. If you set a specific post/page to require a password, you would need to individually tell everyone who wanted to see the post what the password was.
While I can appreciate wanting to avoid stalkers and troublemakers, there is no way to prevent people from seeing or following a public WordPress.com blog. So you end up having to balance the need for privacy with the ease of allowing your viewers to see your site.
