Transfer my Blog Stats and Followers to new blog

    Hi,
    I have been using wordpress.com for an year now. I have moved to self hosted wordpress now. The blogs name is nailartandbeauty.com . Pls help me move my site stats, wordpress followers and email followers.
    I would really appreciate a quick response like always.
