  How do I transfer my existing WordPress.com blog (data & theme) to my own domain on a different server/host?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The information you need can be found in the Support docs by doing a search on the word “transfer”. I did the search for you http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org

  Themes are not transferable.
