transfer my blogs from private domain to wordpress

  I have two blogs that are hosted on the server where my domain is. I am shutting down the domain and website and want to move my blogs to wordpress. How do I do that? I have a blog on wordpress already and also wanted to know how to combine all of them into one, such as transfer files, posts, etc to wordpress under one site address
