    Thanks Dave for the reply however the domain has expired, somehow we missed making a payment last month. I do not see the domain curbappealgardendesigns.com in wordpress.com domain selection. The options provided are the free domains not the premium one. So please explain how I can get the EPP code now?

    The domain curbappealgardendesigns.com expired way back in April. It looks like it may still be in redemption. https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
    WordPress.com staff could possibly recover it if you paid the extra fees that would now be due. The other option is to gamble that the domain is eventually released (which could be a number of months away) and then you could purchase the domain elsewhere. It is just as likely that the domain could be purchased by someone else though. I have added modlook for staff to advise you of your options.

    curbappealgardendesigns.com is in redemption. In order to maintain ownership of this domain we need to recover it with the help of our domain partner. They charge an $80 fee to do this. Let me know if you’d like to proceed this way and that you’ll agree to the fee.

    The entire redemption process typically takes about 48 hours if everything goes smoothly and the domain will then be added back to your account. At that time you can edit the DNS to point it to a new site or transfer it entirely to a new domain provider.

    Alternatively, you can wait out the redemption period. The problem with that is that someone else, likely a domain squatter, is going to scoop up that domain before you. If that happens you’ve lost ownership of it.

    I paid online and got it back. See below it is a mapped Domain but the A DNS record is shadowed out pointing the the right record but site is not working…
