I tried to transfer my domain to Siteground but I did not succeed. can you help me ? thanks

Hi there,
It looks like you cancelled the domain yesterday, instead of transferring it.
You have two options now: As you cancelled the domain only 2 days after you bought it, it should become available again by the end of the week and you can then register it directly with Siteground. However, I can’t guarantee this, as it’s in control of our registrar. If you choose this option I can also refund you the cost of the domain that was not refunded when you cancelled your plan.
The second option is that I try to revert the cancellation by emailing our registrar and asking them to restore the domain to us. Then you can map the domain to Siteground, and transfer it over to them once you’ve owned it for 60 days.
Let me know which option you’d prefer.

I would like the second option please . I prefer than you try to revert the cancellation. This option is good for me if I will not have more charge . In case this operation will be not possible or I will have more charge I would like to get the refund. Thank You . Regards

I have emailed our registrar to try and get back the domain. I’ll let you know once I hear back from them.

Our registrar has let me know that they have already cancelled the domain completely, so you should be able to register it directly with Siteground now.
As you had cancelled your domain within 48 hours of buying it, I’ve also processed the refund for that. You should receive your refund in about a week.
