I originally by mistake registered my domain with wordpress.com last year. After realizing they are not the real wordpress, I moved my domain to hostgator a month later. I thought I am clear from this fraudulent site since my experience with hostgator has been good. But unfortunately, my website is down, and only to find out that it is down because wordpress.com is still has my domain. I contacted their computer chat box since they do not have human support to help me change my name server to the name server above, but it’s been 3 weeks now, and their computer chatbox is confused. If anyone can help me figure out how to change the name server to the address above, it will really be appreciated. I already paid them last year, and I refuse to renew any plans with wordpress since I already moved on with hostgator, and am satisfied with hostgator customer support experience.

That domain has expired and is now parked. According to the front of the site there is still time for you to renew it here and then you can point the domain to Hostgator.
