Transfer my domain to WP or stay with google domain

  Help me figure this out. Is it better to transfer or point my domain name to WordPress. Is this reversible later?

  It’s more what you prefer.

  Connecting allows you to keep the domain registered with your current domain registrar and direct it to your WordPress.com site: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  A transfer would allow managing both your site and domain from the same place: https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/incoming-domain-transfer/

  Therefore it depends on whether or not you want to manage your domain separately from your hosting or if you want to manage both in the same place. In the end, the result is the same.

  If you want to “reverse” it, you would just do the transfer process again.
